Program Description
Explorers will learn heart-healthy habits and how to utilize them to help themselves and others.
Each week introduces a new topic through interactive learning, games, and creative activities. They will explore mindfulness, the importance of taking breaks, staying active, and eating nutritious foods through our four pillars: Mind-Well, Rest-Well, Move-Well, and Eat-Well.
By the end of the program, Explorers will have the confidence to lead heart healthy lives.

Welcome Explorers to your adventure! On this quest, you will get to know your fellow Explorers and their hearts!

Mapping The Heart!
Explorers will discover their maps which will guide them through the chambers of their hearts.

Go With The Flow!
Explorers will join Artie and Vienna as they begin their journey through their hearts.

Mind-Well!
Explorers will discover their mind-heart connections.

Eat-Well!
Explorers will learn how to best fuel their hearts.

Rest-Well!
Explorers will learn how to recharge and rejuvenate their hearts.

Move-Well!
Beyond the four walls of the classroom, Explorers will learn the four squares of Echo’s favorite outdoor game.

Escape The Risk!
Uh oh! Explorers stumbled upon some blockages and will find ways to bypass them.

On Your Mark, Get Set, Measure!
Explorers will how to measure their blood pressure and heart rates.

The HeartFelt Goodbye!
Explorers celebrate the achievements they have made during their quest and pledge to continue on their HeartFelt journey!
